Recent Pieces

After turning the bowl in this piece of Ironwood, the shape the unturned wood just said "turtle". I had the turtle mostly carved and gathering dust in the shop waiting for completion. I used the bowl of the piece to hold some other turned pieces to prevent them from rolling around getting dinged. This led me to the thought to turn a globe for the turtle to carry.
